Handling Time
Most orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is received. Certain apparel and home & living items may experience a longer handling time. Occasionally a product has a known handling time stated on the product page.
Free Shipping and Calculated Rates
Free shipping specials only apply to the United States lower 48 states unless otherwise stated. If based on a minimum purchase, the threshold must be met before taxes or other fees. Other restrictions may apply.
For shipments without free shipping, shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
2-Day, 3-Day, and Next Day Delivery
Some items may be eligible for free fast delivery through our fulfillment partner. In the event you order multiple items, shipping may default to Standard Delivery if not all items are eligible for 2-day, 3-day or Next Day delivery to your zip code.
International Shipping
At this time, Pet Junkie does not offer international shipping through our website. Some items are available in Canada and Mexico via Amazon. In certain cases, we may ship samples to other countries. To submit a request, please contact us directly via email.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email or SMS notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. If your order contains multiple shipments, you may receive multiple emails. You may also receive multiple tracking numbers per notification. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
